This includes how you respond to stress, how your thinking patterns influence how you feel, and how you care for your overall well-being. Together, we identify what is supporting you and what is not, and begin building more steady, supportive, and sustainable ways of managing your mental and emotional health.

You do not need to eliminate every difficult thought or feeling. You need to learn how to understand them, work with them, and support yourself more effectively.
