Conversations may quickly become tense, misunderstood, or avoided altogether. You may find it hard to express yourself clearly or feel that others are not truly hearing you.

Certain dynamics or roles may repeat over time, even when you are trying to change them. This can create frustration and a sense of being stuck in patterns that feel difficult to shift.

You may feel the weight of responsibility, unsure if you are doing enough or doing it “right.” At times, this can feel exhausting, especially when you are trying to support both yourself and your family.

You may find it difficult to say no, express your needs, or create space for yourself without guilt. This can lead to feeling overextended or emotionally drained.

You may feel that your family could be more understanding, more connected, or more supportive, but are unsure how to create that shift.
