Ways to Connect

The easiest way to schedule a session is to pick up the phone and give me a call. I carry my calendar with me at all times, making it easy to identify a day and time that works with both our schedules. Or you can send me an email directly and through the chat feature on my website. The chat feature is in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. I do my best to make myself available in between sessions,  so please feel free to reach out and connect.  When I am in session or away, the feature allows you to send me a direct message. My hope is this is more convenient and easier for you.

Since I meet with clients all over the world, it’s helpful to know your time zone and availability.

To Schedule a Discovery Call

  • Call or Text 425-977-5165
  • Send a message via the chat feature
  • Email me at Shelly@youronlinelifecoach.com
  • Be sure to let me know your time zone & availability

I conducted coaching sessions through Zoom video conferencing.  This feature allows us to meet face to face and heart to heart.  Once we identify a day and time that works, I will send a confirmation and link.  On the day and time of your session, click the link. I’ll be on the other end, excited to greet you. If you’ve never used Zoom before, be sure to turn on the video and microphone icons located on the bottom of your screen. If you have any challenges connecting, please be sure to reach out to me.

FYI: Zoom video conferencing requires a device that has a camera and microphone. If you don’t have one, there are lots of aftermarket ones available.  Logitech makes a great product. It’s easy to set up and provides you with all you will need.
