Ways to Connect

Ways to Connect

The easiest way to schedule a session is to pick up the phone and give me a call. I carry my calendar with me at all times, so it’s easy to identify a day and time that works with both our schedules. Or you can send me an email directly and through the chat feature on my website. The chat feature is located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. I do my best to make myself available in between sessions,  so please feel free to reach out and connect.  When I am in session or away the feature allows you to send me a direct message. My hope is this is more convenient and easier for you.

Online sessions are designed to be effective, convenient and reduce stress!  When it comes to scheduling a time to meet it’s helpful to know your time zone you and then what days and times work best for you.  I  have been blessed to have clients from all over the world.  Somehow I have been able to accommodate their schedules and I want to be able to do that for you too, so please let me know and I’ll do my best to meet your needs.

Most sessions are conducted either via phone or through video conferencing through Skype or FaceTime.  It works best if you send me an invitation to connect through Skype before your scheduled session.  My Skype name is Shelly Lynott.  Then, on the day and time of your session just place your video call. I’ll be on the other end excited to greet you.

Computer connect

If Skype sounds like gibberish to you…it’s easy. Skype is a free way to place a video call via your computer or a variety of other tablets and devices. I love it because we get to see one another face to face and heart to heart.

To get started you’ll need to sign up for a free Skype account. You can search for an app for your device or tablet or use this link. http://www.skype.com/en/

FYI:  In order to use Skype Video calling your device will need a camera and microphone. If you don’t have one there are lots of aftermarket ones available.  Logitech makes a great after market product. It’s easy to set up and provides you with all you will need.
